What are your opening hours?

Our normal office hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5.00pm. All calls received during these hours will be answered by our friendly, highly trained staff at our offices in Burton on Trent.

 



How do I contact Mace outside of your normal office opening hours?

All calls received outside of our normal office opening hours are diverted by our automated telephone system to our on call engineers.

 



How will your staff identify themselves?

All our staff carry photo ID, are police and CRB checked and wear Mace uniform. This means you will always know who you are letting into your premises.
